I have chosen to illustrate the wines in my collection with characters from Celtic myths.
Since the location of the vineyard was historically on the border of Brittany and Anjou, it was important for me to emphasise this Breton identity which is intrinsically linked with my land and the granite rocks on which it lies.
The legend of the Arthurian knights and the quest for the Holy Grail carries values that I hold dear, like courage and perseverance. For me, natural wine making is the only way to achieve wines with a real and genuine sense place.
